Your private open-plan suite is perched on the edge of the Piccadilly Valley, boasting panoramic views from the sunken lounge, bedroom and bathroom.

Sink into the large bath tub, take a nap or relax on your spacious private balcony day bed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie platter. Watch the wallabies and kangaroos forage beneath your feet as you indulge in losing track of time.

DESIGN & INTERIORS

The suites have been brought to life by local suppliers, craftsmen and artisans, creating a tranquil oasis with a calming color palette punctuated by warm accents of wood and stone. Each suite features an original oil painting by resident artist Stephen Trebilcock who is renowned for capturing unique local native florals in incredible detail, color and depth. An exquisite collection of artisanal pieces and amenities have been handpicked including Jurlique products, Nick Mount glass, Jam Factory ceramics, handmade tea & coffee cups by ES Ceramics and Hahndorf Soap Factory bath salts.

Sophisticated, casual and relaxed with its open fireplace, large leather chairs guests can relax in comfort, or walk out to the tiered lawns which overlook the Piccadilly Valley. AWL bar is renowned for its inspired cocktail menu. Every season, our master bartenders create a new set of drinks that are inspired by the elements and will take you away on a culinary and cultural journey.

3 Chef Hat deliciousness. Indulgent fine dining and celebration have been taken to an entirely new level with our critically acclaimed 3 Chef Hat Hardy's Verandah Restaurant, mystical 170 year old wine cellar and New York style cocktail bar.

Sequoia Lounge

Dining at Sequoia is an exclusive affair for our lodge guests offering creative, contemporary Australian menus that reflect the changing seasons and draw inspiration from our local suppliers. Guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, light lunch and 2 or 3 course dinner in the lodge lounge or in the privacy of your own suite.

Terrace Garden Bar

Arthur Hardy established Mount Lofty House as a retreat for his family to escape the heat of the Adelaide Plains during the harsh Australian summer – and the Estate remains as a summer destination to this day.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our stunning gardens at our new Terrace Bar, located under the cool shade of giant trees, next to the gently trickling Tuscan Fountain, featuring beautiful views out over the Piccadilly Valley. Open from 12pm daily*, exclusively for in-house guests, our Terrace Bar offers small bites as well as a refreshing beverage list, specially curated to recharge you from the warmer summer weather.
